If your in the market for a new home, either for vacation or permanent residency, it’s hard to find a better location then central Florida.  Sure it can be a bit of a touristy destination, but for good reason.  There are so many great things to do here, it’s understandable why the tourists keep coming back.  And, just imagine how lucky you will be to have all those great activities right in your backyard (or at least close).  Check out Alaqua Lakes homes for sale, to see what I mean.  It’s a great spot that has some simply stunning homes.

Not to mention, there’s something special about living in a place were palm trees grow naturally.  I know I’m on vacation when I can see palm trees.  There’s nothing quite like sitting on your balcony, enjoying a cool drink while watching the palm trees swaying in the breeze.  It’s also the perfect spot, if your an avid golfer.  And who isn’t it seems these days.  I must admit to being a bit of a minority when it comes to the golf crowd.  I tend to spend most of my summer weekends sailing, but that’s just me.  A lot of my buddies can’t seem to get enough of the golf scene.  The great thing is, you can actually do both in Florida.  Hard to find a better location then that.
